Quality Control System
Quality is a key focus always. We have integrated quality control measures within each process to allow schedules to be aggressive without sacrificing quality. Nothing is to be poured without a double check. Catching a mistake pre-pour versus post-pour is what makes our Quality Control Systems a success.
On-Site Safety Program
As a demonstration to our commitment to safety, ALL Suntec personnel are OSHA 30 trained. Suntec has integrated a training program that not only keeps training for craftsmen
but that keeps them safe.
Schedule Control
Our schedules work, from preconstruction through the completion of the project. The schedule we provide incorporates all other trades that are integrated into our process to complete the project. We bring the pre-planning to the job that makes it flow through to completion.
Document Control
Managers have the technology needed to bring changes to the field. Our staff can keep pace with any project and changes so that field personnel gets this information timely so that nothing is missed.
